We always welcome new patients and emergencies at Hawthorne Dental.  In fact, the greatest compliments we receive from our loyal patients are their referrals of family and friends, and we look forward to earning the trust of you and your family.

 

Patients frequently comment that we offer a unique dental experience, from the vibe of the SE Portland / Hawthorne area that resonates throughout our practice to the friendly and warm approach of Dr. Watson and his team.  We are a neighborhood practice that takes the time to get to know you, and during your appointment we are focused solely on your needs.  We go out of our way to give you and your smile rock-star treatment.  

What to Expect During Your First Visit

Since we see one patient at a time, we typically reserve ninety minutes for your new patient visit.  The attention of the team is focused entirely on you during the visit.

 

Dr. Watson and his team will take an opportunity to get to know you and understand your dental goals.  If needed, the team will take an updated set of x-rays.  They will also collect all of the information Dr. Watson needs to complete his comprehensive exam and diagnosis of your dental health.

 

What you will not experience is feeling rushed.  Dr. Watson will spend whatever time is needed to discuss your needs and expectations.  If you have treatment needs, the doctor will clearly outline your options and help you understand the best course of action for your overall dental health.
